Hi there

This is a very general request for comment/information. I am thinking of moving from Glenwood to Durban North.  I would like to buy a house in the central Durban North/sector 1 area between Old Mill Way and Broadway and as a woman am very security conscious.

Is there anything I should know about specific areas or issues from those who have lived in the area?
